Ufda, Ufda!!! *LOL* My Norweigian side is shining through ...

I SURELY have not been focusing on myself these days AND so need to :P

Why is it, when stress creeps up in life, I help everyone else first instead of little 'ole me? *Shake Of Head* I suppose it is part of being a parent. We took in my husband's adopted daughter. She's 17 years old, but needs a lot of guidance. We are forunate her maturity level is low so we can help mold her into a stand up young lady. We see… Continue

Well we have little kiddies staying with us this month. I must say they are at a fun age and surely keep things on the go, go :) We have our step-daughter Stacy who is 17 years old and she is watching our little ring bearer and flower girl who are 7 and 8 years old. I've known the little ones their whole life and love interacting with them. Everyone has been here about a week and a half and we have one more week of fun ahead of us.

Upon that note we've been to the zoo, a parade over… Continue

... about my life @ the moment :)

Last week I actually had something so crazy happen to me - I came down with Bells Palsy.

I had never heard of it before, but I guess it is a virus that affects the 7th cranial nerve and half of your face will not respond. It is temporary. However, it varies from individuals on how long the healing process takes. I have a mild case - thank goodness!

It has all been… Continue

Hi Kaci! I just saw your comment on my pump holder blog post! I have tried out different cell phone holders and mp3 holders... and have found many that work well! One comment though is that I try to avoid ones with a magnet clasp, because I think that it might interfere with the pump (but perhaps this is a totally irrational fear). Hope that you find a new case that you like!!

How do you measure the work of volunteers?

329,040 minutes, 329,040 moments so dear. 329,040 minutes — How do you measure, measure volunteers? In smileys, in tears shed, in counsel, in cups of coffee. In units, in carb counts, in laughter, in strife. In 329,040 minutes – how …
