I take 140 units AM and same PM, nothing else!! My glucose readings peak at 185 and drop to 98 after meals!! AIC after 2 months dropped from 12 to 9.5 to settle at 7 at the end of 2 months. I will test again at 3 months to see if it goes to 6. Anyone else use long term med this way??
