Awesome name! It has to mean something...you're going to have to share the story. But first let me welcome you to this great site.
It must be a little confusing not knowing what type of diabetes you have at this point. Having lived with type 1 for nearly 45 years, one thing I always share with people is be a sponge and soak up every bit of information you can and make sure you have the best diabetes care team you can find. With those two things going on, you can't go wrong.
