SEAGATOR said… Hello Brian. I think of you often and thought I would drop in and say hello. For 84 I am still alive and kicking. My BG 94. My nephew Tom still running every race he can find. You still running?I was stunned when they had the Tudibetes Annual Awards to be voted Life Coach. Take good care of yourself. I care. Reed
Suzi said… Hi Brian,
It was a brilliant experience. I am really pleased with my time 4:42:44. I know it's not fast but good for a first timer. I only acquired diabetes 2 years ago after I ran my first half marathon and I really ran this just to prove that I could. I am pleased to say that I had absolutely no diabetes related issues. It was tough but the crowd and the course were awesome. Just signed up for Berlin despite the black toes! How did it go for you?
