What was you BG before exercising? If you start out too high (usually around 230) your blood sugar will actually rise although I don't know the science behind this. I have found too that after I go for a run even starting with an ok BG my BG will ...

The nice part of Frio is that it is activated with only water! It lasts about 3 days from the first time you soak it, but to re-activate it, you just need to sprinkle some water on it. I love them and use them a lot! It is not as cold as an ice p...

Hello,Bridgett, welcome from TORONTO, ONTARIO, CANADA,, where INSULIN was discovered by BANTING & BEST, JULY 30 1921. Check out www.restorethebantinghomestead. com, and see why I will be asking insulin-users, worldwide, to join me, in silence, and show APPRECIATION & THANKS for INSULIN giving hundreds of millions of US,a chance to live healthy & productive lives TODAY. On that day AMIGOS will be selling BLUE ROSES We chose this flower as our mission and motto because of its meaning, "ATTAINING THE IMPOSSIBLE" Also could you ask 5 DIABETICS to observe this day and have each one call 5 DIABETICS. I would like this link circle the globe and unite DIABETICS, I was clinically dead, in 1977, in BOSTON, with a BS of 880, since then with my second chance, have been on a journey of being ROLE MODEL to over 40,000 diabetics and found a way as a computer rookie, at 91 to share my wisdom and experiences with the new members of this website, who live in areas of high % of diabetes, I ask them, "WHAT DO YOU NEED IN YOUR AREA TO IMPROVE YOUR DIABETES PREVENTION & AWARENESS PROGRAM, also,WHAT DO YOU KNOW?". IOn your travels have you encountered seniors, doing exceptional things? It would be intersting to exchange experiences? Should your travel bring you to TORONTO, let me know and i can arrange for you to visit the lab where INSULIN was discovered. Keep in touch because I feel we have a lot interesting things to exchange. clarence.haynes@sympatico.ca
