A bientôt.

How can I start a new years with bad news about my old friend (or ennemy), my diabetes?

I made a wish for the new year : please can I have a good year with my diabetes? not too much sugar in my blood, a good A1C. And I made a big "analyse" of blood and my Endo said to me that my "creatinine " was not well and that she doesn't understand why because my "microalbuminurie" is good... Do you drink enough, she asked me two days ago. I can spend a morning without a drink of water or tea. So she sent me an "ordonnance" to remake my analyse in 2 months, with A1C, creatinine and urée. I can… Continue

Gina

Happy New Year Brigitte !!! Bye Bye !

Bonjour my twin from the other side of the world! Many thanks for the Happy New Year blessings. We saw the New Year in with friends in a little restaurant along Lake Ontario, watching fireworks and the BLUE MOON. It was a beautiful night! The next day, we had lots of snow, and I had fun racing around the front yard of our friends house, made a snow angel. So much fun - tho' no one else joined me (they are too adult for this - but I refuse to grow up).
Take care Brigitte!

YAY! I found you once again. New to Twittering, Facebook, MySpace, Wordpress and such social networking sites, I lost you in the fray somehow. The last time we wrote concerned exercise. As I am planning on being out this evening, I walked the dogs for an hour and put them on an evening fast to avoid "accidents." Phew. It's time to nap!
Later...AK.
