I have been exercising and it seems to help. The shaking is starting to lessen and I feel steadier on my feet. I have lost 16 pounds and I think that is wonderful and also cut my long acting insulin by half. I hope things are going well for you. I know you are still sad and missing your dad, but you know that he is always close to your heart. You are such a strong and compassionate person. I am so glad that I met you.
We have had a lot of beautiful sunny days, now we are having a rainy one and it seems kind of nice, it is warm and the rain is gentle and soothing for a change, it was getting pretty hot yesterday. Take care.
