i sing also. this new picture is me doing my business - the singing philosophizing baglady. my dad was in the tabernacle choir so it was sort of ingrained. you are very diverse - not typical for that much aquarius. have we looked at each others pictures? nature, flowers, sunsets. if you look to the far right on any page, you will see a drawing of a happy face. that is me - watch the video - my grandson drew the picture. the picture will probably tell you a little more than i usually share right off w/ people. i am capricorn with leo moon & leo rising. once i undetrstood that, i really worked on my leo stuff. i went from very shy kid to being in local musical theater & walking around without my teeth messing w/ people. when i do a show, i have a wedding sat pm, at the end i retrieve my teeth, take off hat & gloves & tell people to not judge each other by how we appear on the outside. many experiences after 20 years of doing this. i am writing "memoirs of a baglady". you will understand more when you watch that video. i am enjoying this. i have not met anyone here in over a year that i have felt a connection with. not to worry - im REALLY into men (a downfall) but we have so much in common. maybe a past life thing?

Hi Cherry, Glad you got back online. Doesn't it suck when you can't get what you need to take care of yourself? Good luck on getting another type of pump. I have been very happy with Minimed for the last 24 years...not sure if I will ever swich!
I went to a prior dr and she suggested symlin for me. I have some weight that will not move not matter what I do. I tried it for the first time last night. I went out and ate a high fat meal...and woke up with a 415 this morning...yuk! But, when I changed my pump site this morning, it bled a little bit. I have it back down down. Hope you are doing well and look forward to hearing back from you.
I see you are an entertainer...what do you do?
Take care,
Robin

Good for you! The pump is great. You will see a great improvement on your A1C number. I wear the Minimed 522. I don't know anything about the omnipod. I have worn Minimed for 24 years. Good luck and keep me updated on your progress with the pump.
I don't know anything about an event in Florida. It may be listed under the events on this site.
Hope you are having a good blood sugar day! Mine went from 130 at wakeup to 234 without eating anything.....I think it is my hormones................It can be a little difficult sometimes :o).
Have a good one!,
Robin
