Stating to get really emotional about trying, and trying to get health insurance for the past 15 years. Only to be denied every single time. I feel like nobody cares, and the people who need this insurance the most and they're lives depend on it, cannot get it! Wondering if it is possible to carry a baby to term with having type 1 diabetes for 24 years. Been thinking and wondering if I am going to have children, and met a man I would seriously consider it with (love him!) Wondering if any ladies on this site had difficult pregnancies, horror stories and such. Just wondering. I would love to hear about them! Thanks!

My name is Carrie, and I have had type 1 diabetes for 24 years. I have not been hospitalized since I found out I had it. I have not had any medical insurance for years.
