Carbs etc. My endo had me crazy trying to cut all bad carbs pasta,oatmeal (I love this), cereals etc out of my diet. Eat a ton of fruits and vegetables. After doing this for a few months I found it to difficult so I now eat some of those carbs and try to control my BG. Its been not bad. Founding out whats good and bad for me.
Any tips you can give me.
