I have been a diabetic for awhile now, and I struggle with keeping up on all the testing, counting carbs and calories, weight loss and medications in additon to my daily things like taking care of my daughters, 3.5 and 5, and my husband. I am a stay at home mommy so all the housework and cooking is also on me. I get eaisly overwhelmed and give up. Need support and pats on the back as I go.

Take a peek at some the groups when you get a chance. Just go to the top of your page, and click on "Groups".
Once in, you can either peruse the wide array of available groups....or simply type a specific interest in the space provided.
Take in some of the blogs/discussions as well.
