World Diabetes Day Luncheon

There are a lot of different ways people celebrate World Diabetes Day, this year I decided to participate and be a part of the planning committee of a luncheon at Samuel U. Rodgers Health Center. I don't know about you but I enjoy talking to other PWD's about life and of course diabetes. If you are in the Southern California area you are invited to hangout and have lunch with other PWD's (person with diabetes).

Diabetes On My Mind

It doesn’t matter where I am or what I’m doing I can always spark a convo about diabetes. It’s cool to see people talk about diabetes. How diabetes affects them and their family. Healthier "D" & Healthier "Me"

I wrote a blog a few months back called My 7 "Bad" Habit's as a Diabetic. I am slowly making adjustments, working on them. Your not crazy at all. btw, the test aren't that expensive and you don't have to show record of trying oral medications to have a c-peptide done. Tell your doc its your right as a patient to know exactly what your body is doing and how can he deny...
