Eating and Thinking.

Happy New year to us all! This year promises to be action packed with respect to diabetes living.I will start by saying that many of us who have diabetes think a lot about food. We have to.But do we ever really think about what we are eating? Not what we are going to eat, and not what we can't eat, but the actual food we are ingesting during a meal? Mindful eating is what's called- eating slowly and savoring each bite.Give a shot at it today and tell us how you felt!See More

No matter how long one has lived with diabetes,it is very possible to take better care of yourself if you aren't.

Whether you have spent years ignoring your health care team's advice or even avoiding them, today you can decide you will be the master of your diabetes, not the other way around.

Living with diabetes is a journey and not a destination. There are conscious things to do.

The first thing to do is to decide… Continue
