Janice L Cotton said… - I was taught to knit by my mother. She somehow never managed to teach me to crochet, although we managed to do nearly every hand-crafted thing possible. I just couldn't catch on to crochet. I'm trying to find someone to teach me. I have always wanted to make that zig-zag afghan . I currently knit baby hats for the newborns at the local hospital. I have far too many patterns. I love to make thing that DON'T look like "your momma made it." I'm always getting requests from people to knit something for them; and my chidren over'joyed to receive a knitted gift from "Moms".

- Hola mi amiga!!! Como esta? So glad to hear from you. Have you been busy? Nope...I have two now and they are more than I can handle. Actually they are 5 months old now. Twinkie (named after his dad Twinkle that passed away) and Goldie (he is gold in color). With two other dogs...I have my hands full LOL! Oh my...blue eyes?? he must look beautiful. I highly recommend you do get one. It is very therapeutic to have a pet...it removes tress and gives you unconditional love =)

- Thanks for the friend request. Went to my endo this past Wednesday...A1c was 5.9 again....might have been even lower. I have been very involved with my granddaughter who was recently diagnosed as type 1. The situation has really stressed me out. This is a wonderful site...enjoy!

- Hi Christalyn =) So happy to hear from you. So basically we are two years old with this condition huh, lol. May I ask what meds are you in? I trully miss my Twinkle...it is indeed so sad like loosing a part of your family. He left me a "small" part of himself though...a kitten (his son). Twinkie was born a month after he died from my Mom's cat named Star. He is a splitting image of his father!

I hope you know india...Bangalore is the silicon city of India. just like california is the silicon city of America. I am a computer programmer in Bangalore, India. I am a pre-diabetic and it is due to the side effects of pain killers that i consumed during my wrist injury i had. Now i am in total control of my diabetes by practicing Yoga and weight training side by side. Yoga is certainly beneficial because of the fact that it energizes the pancreas by practicing some postures...since the pancreas becomes energized and it also de-toxifies and de-stresses at the same time.....You can go to google.com and search for yoga postures for Diabetes and you will have all the help.
