If I understood the article correctly, one would have to carry a device which would be attached to one's ear, similar to the headset of an MP3 player? Sounds annoying to me...I'd much rather do finger sticks when I need to, even if it is 7-10 time...

If the jail personnel can help him manage his diabetes he should stay there. Otherwise he should be transferred some place where it can be managed. If home is the only place, then put a bracelet on him and send him home. Terry

Don't feel bad I tried to do the same here in Connecticut...thats why this place works fairly well, I find it is always here when I need it.

As far as I know we were all born in that town. We were all close in age, separated by one or two years, but not diagnosed at the same time. The town's not very big -- about 15,000 people.
