"I once used expired Insulin sold to me at CVS and they would not take it back after I opened it. Regular Inulin was cloudy and it worked but I only did it because I didn't have money to buy a new bottle. I do check the expiration date now…"

"I have been on Apidra for a year now I love it no issues with my minimed pump and i normaly go 4 days before i change it. Apidra gets a little weak on day 4 but no other issues. less leg cramps and spikes."

ENDO Visit 1/17/2012 and results :-)

Well I went to the Endo Tue. after wearing the Pump for about 3 months and CGM for about a month. went a week before my endo vist to do all the blood work. BOY was I surprised when the Doc cam in to chat. my last results was in one hand and the new one was in the other. last A1C was 13.8 <---- not good.. the new one was 8.3 <--- grinning from ear to ear. Man they tested for everything cholestorol was half of what it was before. and everything else she tested for looked great <---…

My first CGM hook up tonight

Next step is here,

Just hooked up my CGM ( Minilink) for the first time just a few min. ago. Waiting on the 2 hour alarm so i can calebrate it. Had a hard time deciding where to put it. I went with the side of the thigh since i put the pump hook up in my belly. Been doing real well with the pump so far, I love not taking all those shots.

Got a question, I have some quick pens that will go out of date before to long, was wondering if the pump reservoir could be filled with those,…

Hello,

My name is Chuck and I am a Type I, I don't spell well so over look the major type-o's (lol). I am 50 years old and back in 2005 which would put me at 45 I was working on a car in the driveway and begain to fell really funny ( light headed and a headache) so I sat down and leaned up against the tire.
