Jag1 said… Grr, Another blank comment. You can tell I don't hang out here much. Sorry you can't use the rowing machine, but I'll be able to sell it. Hope you find some other way to exercise; personally I think its critical to keeping healthy as a T1, though I don't have anything to prove it. (Plus it makes you feel better). Good luck.

Jag1 said… Sorry, blank comment. I don't use this board any more, but saw your post about breaking your leg and needing exercise. I grew up in Belmont and live close by. If you are able to exercise your leg, and are just afraid of falling, then a rowing machine may be a perfect exercise for you. No chance of falling and you get excecllent full-body workout (legs, arms, back, abs, etc). I started rowing in college and have kept at it ever since. It is excellent exercise. Anyway, I have a spare rowing machine that you could have (free) if you think it would be useful. It is a Concept2, which is the best rowing machine available, though it is an older model. But it works perfectly. It is the kind they have in all the health clubs. So if you think you could use it, please respond back. I live close enough that I could easily drop it off. p.s. I've had T1 for 37 years.

Hi! Absolutely, feel free to ask anything (really, I am pretty open about answering any questions). I hope you are enjoying the holidays so far.
