Great Claude! Glad that you will participate in this event.

I am managing okay. I have type 1 diabetes and am preparing for pregnancy. So I need to have quite good management. I don't know very many people with diabetes here, unfortunately. I will go to an event tomorrow-- maybe I will meet some!

Indeed...the triad a diabetic needs for his management team are endo, diabetes nutritionist and exercise specialist. Moreso with type 2's. My exercise regimen myself is pretty hectic with 45 minutes of cardio 5 times a week. Its just the mind is willing but the body is weak LOL! Great work on your numbers though =)

Thanks for replying back Claude. How do you like the community so far? Looking forward too for your particpation. Im a type 2 as well. And I have noticed your remarkable A1C of 5! Pretty good work you did there. Specially with just diet and exercise. What was your diagnosis numbers? Maybe you can share with the community your success story =)
