Hi Ken, thanks for your guidance. I have been monitoring my blood glucose levels. Fasting levels are in 120's regularly - 129, 123, 131, 128, 126, 122, etc. HbA1C - 7.1 %. I have also got the C-Peptide test and the value is - 3.54 ng/ml (normal range 1.1 - 4.4 ng/ml). Looks like I am inching close to being a Type1, what do you say? What kind of steps do I need to take?

Hi Ken,
Thanks very much on the information regarding Type 1.5 LADA. I will mostly schedule a C-peptide test soon as consult my Endocrinologist.

Hello Ken, what are the signs of Type 1.5 LADA? How to evaluate? Did you guess the same using my HBA1C results? Thanks.

Hi Ken, Thanks for the information on the reunion dates. May is a lovely month for Boston. I am looking forward to finding out more about what the program will be for us. I live 25 miles from Joslin now, but I guess that wouldn't qualify me for a hotel stay!! You mentioned that you took the Boston public transportation system around the area. I used it instead of a car until after grad school. I know alot of Boston trivia and can tell you where the "Charley Card," which is your ticket, got it's name.(Not telling now)
Have a good weekend.
