- How did you get a 5.1 A1C? What's your secret? No carbs? How many shots a day are you on? How much insulin total? Do you exercise multiple times a day? Test 20 times a day? What IS your secret?

Thanks for the note. Yes, some of my new photos are from England. I was (past tense) seeing a U.K. man from Cheltenham and visited him in January and we made our way through the Cotswolds. Lovely area. Just got back from NYC, but am still here in Wisconsin. Hope all is well with you. Keep in touch. ;) Amylia

- Have you visited the Eden Project, I was thinking about taking the children there on holiday, they may be a little young yet. Are the plants amazing ? Where have you seen the most beautiful plants on your travels ?
