Greetings All,I'm new to the forums, but not to diabetes. Have had Type 1 for 17 years now. I use insulin pens (no insurance- otherwise I think I would be pumping). I'm curious what methods you all use to avoid bruising. I don't inject into my arms at all, just thighs, abdomen, and buttocks. I rotate, but not with any accuracy, and I bruise often and hit real sore spots regularly. I'm a super lean guy and use the short pen needles.
