Lois said… - Sorry to hear about your difficulties with weight and cigarettes. Although I have never smoked, I know the difficulty in losing weight. My efforts are saddled with the challenge of a of a below-the-knee amputation. So, I cannot get the aerobic exercise I need to lose weight. On top of all that, both of my shoulders are bad ..... one with a torn rotator cuff that the DR doesn't want to operate on.
