What were you Grateful for today?

Yes Robyn the glucose tabs are great I had a BS of 60 and I ate too many and brought it up to 495 not good

I am grateful that my husband is able to control his diabetes with his diet verses meds and with excersise....He has type 2

How long were you T1D before you got the pump?

Hi Mark my you have had diabeties for a long time....the pump is the best thing that ever happened to me....When did you get the pump?

That is a good idea to use the lantus at night sometimes

Hi Amy yes the pump is for me also because I test constantly I do have a grip on my Diabetes. I love the pump because of its convenience.....It makes my life alot easier....Darlene

No you don't have to wait until your pancreas burns out....I'm on the pump but only 2.93% is working I only have 60% of my pancreas 40% was removed and my numbers were staying that high and higher....I suggest you get with you health provider and ...

Hi Courtney I use the Contact Detach set and it works wonderful....you put it straight in and their is no tubing it has a real needle and it does work for me you might want to check on those......I used to use the insets 30 I have little fat mass ...
