Swing Shift

Am I the only one out there that works a swing shift .

I work 4 12 hour shifts- 6pm to 6am -off a few days .Then start 6am to 6pm.

It has gotten easier since I started on my omnipod.

I think its the 4 or 5 hours of sleep you get on night shift.

that mess with BS the most I try to eat the same thing at the same time though.



I have found that in the moring when i get up and test I may be 98 .

Good right so I dont eat and try to wake up . I will test again later… Continue
