Hey David!
It's nice to hear from a fellow T1 and artist! :) It's really therapeutic to try and portray what your feeling about diabetes. What type of medium do you like to use when you draw/paint/whatever? I know it gets lonely sometimes, but hey, we all get through it! I'm just starting my second year of college and I'm almost done moving into my first apartment. Any advice ya got for me?
Hope all is well with you! :)

Why I joined tudiabetes.com

I was diagnosed when I was 18 years old, two months into my freshman year in college. Since then it has been a very tumultuous and lonely experience. Last night I got off work and my BG was 400 so I corrected and waited. Four hours and no dinner later I checked again and my BG had not budged. Im on a pump so I changed the site, and tried to correct again.
