"I had mine for 1 year and a few months before I got a "button error" and quit on me. Medtronic was great about replacing it though. My new "refurbished" pump came the next day."

"I have the Medtronic 523 working for 4.5 years but I decided to upgrade to new pump because there is only a 4 year warranty. When in warranty if there is a problem you get a replacement next day. Out of warranty it will take awhile to process…"
