La France...si loin, mais en fait...ici même! That's one of the appealing factors of tu.diabetes. I'm in Canada...in the southwestern part of the province of Ontario...a city named Kitchener-Waterloo (2 cities joined together). I'm a wife of 33 years, mom to two grown children, a grandma to 3 lovable little boys, a teacher, and before that an illustrator and graphic designer....I speak French and English, I read, history fascinates me, I paint, sing, walk, garden, ski, ride my bike....did I mention "read"? I love having friends over, I bake/cook, am an eclectic music lover, an animal lover...the ocean...ah the ocean...it speaks to me! Oh...and I have diabetes (and a few other things).
En passant....les miens sont venus de la Normandie il y a 400 ans, pour se planter les pieds aux environs de la cité de Québec!
Et toi? Tu as une histoire?...raconte :)

Just to tel u we have a group here for Type 2's. Check out our groups u will probly find more that one u waznt to be in. I'm a Type 1 myself and really couldn't give u any advise on Type 2's but this group can. Just go to the top of ur page and click on "groups" there and u will see all our groups here
