well the weather was good, construciton not so much, the drive took longer than expected, directions to daughters test not so good--got turned cockeyed on embarcadero blvd or such..finally found our way but missed the tud stuff..oh well

off to help mpom so she can get sleep before test

Start of an extended weekend..going to CA tomorrow--hoping for good weather- Got all but the last minute stuff packed and ready to go. The cats are mad and the dog is pouting (yes she really pouts). Gas in the truck...load and leave in the am--with a stop at starbucks first of course :-)

Geesh--So much stuff to take just to take care of the D and the D in case ofs....add asthma and other meds--and man o man--



At least this trip is a driving trip...so no need to skimp or try to cram into 1 bag to minimize extra charges..and no security checks--maybe a stop at the NV/CA border so we can declare we are not bringing any fruit into CA--well get that at whole foods after we get there..

It was not a bad day--it was just an *off* day. BG not bad, set and sensor change day--that went well, but I just feel off. maybe its the pending storm, maybe all of the firsplace smoke that is laying in the valley due to a slight inversion from said storm...



Got a lot accompished at work, went and got the hearing aids adjusted a bit, but still....
