It's very frustrating to say the least. Of course everyone is very helpful, I just got off the phone with a Omnipod rep, she's going to contact BCBShit (ha! I love that) and see what she can do. Don't have a lot of hope. I was told by the DME people it's considered "disposable" but so are insulin pens and they're covered (I think!!) It's because they don't make enough money on the pods. The thing that infuriates me is that they don't cover CGM's!!!!!!!! What the h###ll! If ANYTHING should be covered it should be that. Now that I'm prepared to fight, we'll see how well I fight with "city hall"
