Hi All. I am from Kitchener, Ontario. I am recently retired and find I am spending many hours trying to figure out this diabetic thing, Just when I feel a little confident, like a whole week with good readings, something changes and immediately I am back to square one trying to figure out what the heck I am doing.

I'm FROM Canada (west end Tronna) but I live in northern Japan now. Just got here a month ago, looking forward to some winter weather.
BTW, I'd like to hear from diabetics in Japan to exchange info about finding supplies, medical care, support groups etc.
