- Hi Emily, congrats to your A1c of 5.6 and the long term stability of your A1c numbers. This is really an achievement to celebrate. To my surprise I had 5.4 yesterday but I am sceptical about this because my numbers in my holiday were not that perfect. At least it matches my theory that my morning highs in the holiday were just elevated for a short time (under one hour). Anyway, the Cup is great to watch but the timing is also conflicting with my work schedule. I hope you will have time to watch Germany vs England.
