This weeks D-Blog topic, "Your Biggest Supporter," is actually quite fitting since I wanted to write about my mom. I'll also be translating this post in Spanish since I know it would mean a lot to my mom, but i'll be placing that on the Spanish tudiabetes site along with my blog site. Curious about Vitamin D3 Chews

I'm pretty paranoid when it comes to taking any sort of vitamins or medications since I had a bad reaction awhile ago, even if it seems so harmless I still worry. So, I was wondering if any of you take or have taken the Vitamin D3 (1000IU) with Vitamin K1 Chews from The Vitamin Shoppe. Plus its harder for me to actually swallow pills so these types of chews and such are much easier for me, if anyone has any recommendations for supplements I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance!

Curious to know if the following has happened to any of you, I would assume so.
About a year ago, I headed to the mall to do some Christmas shopping. Normally I have something with me at all times in case I get low, but I realized I didn't have anything on me once I entered the mall. I quickly decided to look for a vending machine to at least have a coke with me. I immediately started to feel low, the shakes of the hands, the rapid heart beat and sweats.
