Not exactly, but she did listen--and looked at my paper and pencil records. Another Tudiabetes member had told me at this point in time, taking the meds may be giving me vanishingly small returns. After a high, I'm to first try exercise, delay eating and then eating less carbs at next time rather than take a pill. This is gonna mean many meals at less than 30g and probably even 20g. But I eat four times a day plus two or three snacks.
