I forwarded the WDD Brazil video to my so. He works for J & J in Philadelphia, PA. I personally attended a program run by Temple University but think what J & J did was outstanding. So is that where you work ? My son is in research.

Hi Fabiana,

Doing well & hope you are! Cold here now. Please send some Brazilian summer sunshine & warmth.

Please, more videos! You''re talented. Perhaps being a producer is your calling.

Take care & keep that camera going.

Hi Fabiana. Yes, I did my 1st half marathon last month in San Francisco (an hour from where I live). It was fabulous!! I am doing a 6 mile race in 2 weeks. That's my next event. I find that exercise is a critical part of keeping healthy with diabetes. For sure!

I hear beautiful things about Brazil. What areas would you most recommend for a first time visitor? I love to travel and it's always nice to get recommendations from the people who live there! ;)

Hope you are doing well.

Hi!
Well, I am glad that you are feeling and doing so well sweetheart! Good to hear. I am doing fine. Enjoying the cooler weather...until I go to bed, freezing! Guess I need to buy some warm pajamas!
Thanks for the compliments on my photos....my grand babies are a joy and I love them madly!

I am off soon to go shopping and visit a friend.
Take care honey and keep up the great work on the BS's control.

Fabiana! Thank you for the kind message on my page in regards to my blog post.Yes, it would be nice if we could all say some day "I no longer have Diabetes."

Last night was Halloween (where we get dressed up in costumes) or Dia das Bruxas in the USA. I went to a friends house to celebrate and I was a very good boy :)

Hope you are having an awesome weekend my friend!

Hi Fabiana!
My friend is a viola player, and she is in a Utah youth symphony orchestra, that went a couple of summers ago, to Brazil, for two weeks, to play a concert tour. She really liked it, and sent some beautiful pictures of Brazil.
What sort of national food do you have down there? I don't know whether ours would be pizza, or hamburgers and hot dogs!
Good luck, keeping your diabetes under control!
