Stacey, this is my favorite cookie recipe (the secret is lots of butter and some good sugar free syrup): click here. I use ground walnuts instead of almond flour because it's cheaper. I just grind them in a food processor until they are fine. Car...

I use Animas 1250 and just found out that because of insurance issues I will be on it after the warranty runs out. My doc just informed me that his office is a medtronic office and I am about the only one on an Amimas pump. This makes me a little uncomfortable but luckily he realizes I am too stubborn to switch pumps mid stream ..... Karen
