We just joined the community of medtronic and we are struggling with an information gap. All the equipment was delivered and little info on how to proceed. Specifcally, we have the Carelink and the One Touch ultra link. It came with our pump and continuous monitor. The One Touch did not come with a cable. How does one obtain one and why doesn't it come with the kit?? Please help. See More

My son is trying the Dexcom 7 with some problems. I call Navigator and they said buy and you can return it. Does any one know about Navigator permitting trials before purchasing?? Any thoughts on the use of either one for a 10 year old?? What is the error range for the Navigator?? I was told by the representative for Dexcom that their error range is 30% +/-.
