Black Tea Rocks BloodSugar!

Hey fellow Bete's. I thought that I would spread this news to everyone here on the site.....A recent UK study by Kings College in London suggests drinking black tea after eating can reduce the glycaemic index of the meal. The researchers found that blood suger levels of the people who drank 340ml's of hot tea after eating a meal high in carbohydrates fell 40 PER CENT more in two hours than the sugar levels of those who didn't drink tea.
