fast acting insulin lasts 1 month out of the fridge if you are using it and keep it below 80. 3 days if you have a small pen or pump at > 80F. take care!

- Lantus left out of the fridge goes bad in about two weeks, in the fridge takes about five. That's my experience, but I bet it's different depending on the temperature/humidity.
Novolog practically never goes bad. I hear humalog doesn't either.
