When ever I do it turns into a lot of DON'T do this and DON'T eat that and make sure you are on a regular eating and sleeping schedule and get plenty of exercise. Hey everyone,
So I know I had signed up awhile ago and haven't really been keeping up very well, but as of now I am hoping to change that. First I would like to say that starting sometime in September, myself along with my 3 other roommates will be starting vlogs to talk about our journey through Diabetes as well as our volunteer work with the ADA. If anyone has any comments or questions at anytime, please feel free to comment.

Welcome to our PA group. I keep wishing I could get some people together, but I've had a myriad of health issues lately and will finally be going back to work next week after being home for 10 weeks. Go past your way alot ( will be tomorrow) I have kids in Willow Grove & West Chester. Picking my Granddaughter up and bringing her back to Allentown for the weekend. She is 22 months old, my son is out of state for work and Mommy has to work the weekend so she's gonna come play with "Nanny" = )
