i AM 45 YRS. OLD. I HAVE 2 DAUGHTERS ANNMARIE 27 AND NICOLE 20 FROM MY FIRST MARRIAGE AND 2 STEPSONS FROM MY SECOND MARRIAGE STEVE 25 AND SHAUN 22. I HAVE A "STEP"GRANDAUGHTER OLIVIA SHE IS 2!! MY SECOND MARRIAGE HAS JUST ENDED (HE COULDN'T HANDLE ALL MY "MEDICAL ISSUES")
I HAVE JUST ABOUT EVERYTHING ASSOCIATED WITH HAVING UNCONTROLLED DIABETES...LEGALLY BLIND SEVERE NEUROPATHY IN BOTH FEET AND HANDS STAGE 4 KIDNEY DISEASE GASTROPARESIS I WEAR A BRACE ON MY LEG DUE TO CHARCOT ARTHROPY IN MY ANKLE AND WAS TOLD AT MY LAST CHECK UP THE BEGINNING STAGES OF HEART DISEASE!!!!!!
I AM IN WEEK 3 OF THE NUTRISYSTEM D WEIGHT LOSS PLAN I HAVE LOST6 LBS! AND MY BLOOD GLUCOSE READINGS HAVE NEVER BEEN BETTER!!
SO THIS IS WHERE I AM AT IN MY LIFE BUT HAVE NO INTENTION OF GIVING UP!! AT THIS POINT THE ONLY WAY TO GO IS UP!!

Our admin Gerri is our resident guru on food matters. We can help you get that a1c down too. Are you following a low carb diet? I find it helps keep my weight down and my a1c good while not getting hungry.
