Hi, I'm Greg . Not only do I have diabetes and depression, I'm in sobriety 25 years in a row.I've found the 12 steps of AA to work on all 3 diseases- admitting I'm powerless over diabetes being a big challenge. I must do as I'm told, not what I think works best. i take my car to a mechanic and do as he says- why not with the diabetes too? I'm now seeing a diabetic specialist for the 1st time in years and it's paying off bigtime.Thanks for letting me post.See More
