My doctor's suggestion was to get online for support. So I thought I would try this again. I am becoming frustrated with my pump after having it now for a little over two years. It's bulky and uncomfortable. Being 4'11" and having a small figure makes it very hard to hide and I am still embarrassed when people ask what it is. At the same time, I can't deny the fact my A1C has not been this good in 8 years. The everyday struggle of being diabetic...

Continuous Glucose Monitor?????

Has anyone tried this thing?? its like a little needle they put in kind of near your belly button i guess, and it stays in for 72 hours and then they take it out and it shows a record of your glucose for all that time... or something?? im still quite confused about the whole thing but im supposed to be getting soon and im SO nervous!! probably because i dont understand it yet. HELP!!

Let me know if anyone has ANYTHING to say about it.
