try the same coffee later on in the afternoon (without food), and compare. I don't think the morning sugar spikes are related, it annoyed me incredibly too thinking that even drinking black coffee would ruin my perfect wake up…"

- I took 30 doses of BCG injections to try and cure my type 1, only to find out I have Type 1 B, which is not auto-immune based. Now I need therapies that will work for me.
