Yesterday at 2pm I got the steriod injection in my thumb. Had talked to dr and had a plan. Turn up basil on pump to 125% at injection, test 1 hour and adjust. Well, at one hour went to 150%, then a few hours later 175% this am I adjusted basil to 200%!!! Not much sleep with pump alarms. BG is bouncing between mid-200s and 385, no ketones yet. - New to type 1.5, diagnosed 8/2012. On insulin...sill dealing with pre-dawn pheom and figuring out balancing carbs, exercise, etc. Oct 2012, a1c was 8.1, down from 12.5 at new diagnosis.

Were you diagnosed as a Type 1 in 2001...which was later rectified to 1.5 (LADA)??
This is a great place to share, to learn, and to grow...all the while meeting new people world wide, and making friends.
Take a peek at some the groups when you get a chance. Just go to the top of your page, and click on "Groups". Once in,
click on "all groups". You can either peruse the wide array of available groups....or simply type a specific interest in the
space provided.
