I have been using the Track 3 program on my iPhone quite successfully to count carbs for many foods, log everything, and to calculate insulin doses for my pump. It does NOT compensate for proteins, but is OK otherwise. There are many…"

"I have been using Animas pumps and associated equipment for over 10 years and I personally HATE the OneTouch Ping tester! I really like the Ping pump, and I use the Dexcom G4 as well. But the Ping BG tester is terrible with its "2 button"…"

I'm returning to cycling after being off for a long while. My husband and I met in a ski/cycling club in our 20s and were very envolved in cycling here, there and everywhere (as well as downhill skiing, and tennis), well into our 30s.
So...now in my 50s and looking for a bike to suit my needs. Hope it's a good idea, I LOVE bike riding (cicling) but after many years of having done sports that are demanding on the knees....and many year of not having had the pleasure if cycling UP hills....well, I'm a little nervous. Any pointers (diabetes related or not)?
