I now how you feel. The eating for me is ok I can do good for breakfast and lunch since I only have to feed myself but dinner is my hard one when I am cooking for the entire family. I was doing good with walking 3 miles day but need to really get back at it again . I always wonder if I will ever get everything where it should be it is a daily challenge .......... Good luck..........

Thanks for the comments regarding my family....I have 2 daughters 28yrs and 18 yrs and 2 grandbabies 7 and 4 yrs! I adore them and they keep me going. This site is very helpful and alot of very nice and supportive people.

Thanks for replying back Jackie. You can also change your page skin, fonts and colors. Just go to your page...then "Settings"...then "My Page"... then "Appearnace". Theres a lot there to choose from. By the way, Im also a type 2. What meds are you taking? I do hope your'e enjoying the community.

I noticed the same thing about the SW forum. I think people must start chatting offline or something. I used to live in Mesa in the east end of town when I first got to AZ in the 90s
