"If worse comes to worse, call Abbott and ask for a free meter that works with the strips that you can get. Not the best solution, but a solution that will get you the correct BG readings needed."

"You're right, #6 makes no sense. My strips sent today as replacements were Feb 2015, just like you. I called again and have two cases open - one, replacements for all my old strips (not just the 400); and two, how can I tell if strips in the…"

"Isn't the blue box the lite strips? I thought yellow box regular, blue box lite. (Could this be any more confusing?!?) I just got my replacements, and they were all in yellow boxes. Expiration 2/2015."

Welcome to the family! On this forum you will learn so much. Most of all you will learn that you are not alone. Everyone here is supportive and will provide answers to your questions. Search the site for answers. Read the discussions and blogs for information. There are videos to help you understand diabetes and its treatment. Most of all there is family to talk to and even to vent to, if needed. Welcome home.
