I like my arms, but haven't used them lately. Just make sure there's someone around to help you yank the needle out and tape 'er down.

It doesn't have to be an either-or situation; you can count both. I did it, and it worked -- but it was hard. The only problem I ran into was being too wary of lows -- I didn't want to waste calor...
