Ok so its only saline over the weekend but Horace (yep i named my pump) is attached and thats were hes going to stay. Can't wait till monday morning last injection (unless theres problems with the pump) and hopefully the first steps on the road to a more stable BG and lower HB1AC.See More

I have to sign a contract to say i'll have the pump for 6 months during which time i need to improve my Hb1Ac. Working shifts and doing on call…"

I have been using Accu-chek (Disetronic) pumps for about 20 years, and I'm currently on the Spirit (the combo is not yet in the US). We have had several discussions about where people put them for sleeping - I can look them up if you'd like? I got the big clip thing made for the Spirit, and I just clip it to my pj bottoms. you can also get soft cases for cell phones and MP3 players and use them to hold it. I know some people put it in an infant's sock and pin that somewhere. please report back on how you like it!
