JasonN replied to yumbittersugar's discussion 'Discrepancy between Dexcom and meter' in the group Dexcom Users
"I agree with you completely Natalie. Just this week, without the Dex on, my morning BG was apparently off big time and caused me to take too much of a correction and I was low for several hours that morning."

JasonN left a comment for Kelleigh
"Pizza and mexican food were the worst two for me. I usually do the extended bolus with 55-60% up front and the rest over 3-4 hours. But it's different for everybody. I've been on the omnipod for about a year and a half and there were…"

Thanks for the comment. Pizza is so tough. I need to figure out what to do around 3 1/2 hours AFTER eating. That's when the problem starts. I am much happier eating low carb; my numbers were excellent today. I eat mostly vegetables and proteins. However, pizza is just one of those things in life I can't give. Like coffee and wine ! I am liking the omnipod. Anything I should know that the CDEs don't teach about omni?
